FLAME RETARDANT
These fabrics are typically woven from natural and/or synthetic yarns and then topically treated with a flame retardant chemical so that the material meets fire safety codes.
Budget Medium-Weight Fabric
Duvetyne is very popular in the entertainment and film industry. This versatile fabric is widely used for film props and temporary masking, budget drapery, affordable masking curtains, and backdrops. Brushed matte finish, 100% cotton fabric. Also known as medium-weight Duvetyn, Suede cloth, and light-weight Commando.
Duvetyne FR meets the minimum requirements of flame resistance established by the California State Fire Marshall for products identified in Section 13115, California Health and Safety Code.
