INHERENTLY FLAME RETARDANT
A fabric that is woven from innately noncombustible fibers and without the addition of chemicals is categorized as IFR.
Budget 100% Blackout FR
This premium 100% blackout flame retardant fabric offers exceptional softness and drapeability at an affordable price. Its opacity as well as its thermal and noise insulation properties make it a great choice for affordable blackout window curtains for school classrooms, conference rooms and auditorium windows. This acrylic latex foam-backed material can also be used as a blackout lining for theater curtains and sound dampening curtains.
NOTE: If the material will be exposed to direct sunlight, use the white foam-coated backing facing the sun. Fabric face color will fade overtime if exposed to sunlight.
Elegance Blackout IFR meets the minimum requirements of flame resistance established by the California State Fire Marshall for products identified in Section 13115, California Health and Safety Code.
