These fabrics are typically woven from natural and/or synthetic yarns and then topically treated with a flame retardant chemical so that the material meets fire safety codes.
Speaker Masking Cloth
Flame-retardant, sound-transparent speaker grill cloth, is used to mask screening room speakers, movie theater speakers, and any other production applications that require a fire-retardant fabric to cover speakers.
Speaker Cloth FR meets the minimum requirements of flame resistance established by the California State Fire Marshall for products identified in Section 13115, California Health and Safety Code.
